We are a small church located in the town of Osage, Minnesota. We believe a church is not just a group of people who meet once a week, say hi, how are you and go home. It is a living group of people who are connected to each other through faith in Jesus Christ and are on a mission to bring Glory to God.

Pastor Paul McKibben

Paul grew up in Rural Milaca Minnesota, Graduated from Milaca High School. Went to St. Paul Bible College, now called Crown College in St. Bonifacius MN. Graduated with a degree in Bible and Theology in 1973.

Paul married Sharon in 1970 and they have 4 grown children, and 5 grandchildren. Sharon is and has been a great part of the ministry God has given us.

Paul began his ministry as pastor of Echo Alliance Church in Echo MN. He went on to pastor in Lambert Montana, Fortine Montana, Detroit Lakes MN. And since 2010 has been the pastor of Grace Community Church in Osage MN.

Pastor Paul was ordained by the Christian and Missionary Alliance in June of 1978, and has been licensed by them since that time.  Paul is also recognized by the Venture Church Network (formerly Conservative Baptist) as a pastor.

Pastor Paul has a heart to see God’s people come together for the sake of the kingdom of God.  He teaches from the Bible the only and final authority we have. His prayer is that the Holy Spirit would move and work in each of our lives to do the work of God, especially as we see the prophecies of the end times being fulfilled in our day.

Worship Team

Music is one of the most effective forms of worship. In our hymns, we praise God, give thanks for His love and mercy. We use most songs from our Hymn book, and it is a mix of worship songs and Hymns. We normally project the words on the screen.

What to expect at our Sunday Service

 

  • Worship is a participatory experience. We invite you to join in as we praise God through singing by following the on-screen lyrics.

  • Our prayer during Sunday services allows us to acknowledge our dependence on Christ for building his kingdom and in our personal lives. We pray for the needs of the church and its members.

  • The teaching and preaching time seeks to communicate God’s Truth in compelling, relevant ways. Each service, we pray that God blesses the preaching of the word that it might penetrate our hearts and impact our lives in the week ahead.

  • Following the service, we spend time getting to know each other better over a light meal and through conversation.
